Ottawa Interior Photography – Our Homes Magazine Winter 2016

Before they won People’s Choice at the 2015 GOHBA awards, GreenMark Builders‘ president Mark Kranenburg welcomed Our Homes Magazine into his soon-to-be home for the Winter 2016 edition.

They hadn’t moved in yet, so the place was very tidy (read: staged) and the shoot went well with the open spaces and detailed ceilings for my interior photography. And how could we resist capturing that adorable young family? I may have spent a bit too much time talking to the kids who seemed pretty excited about being in their new place for a photo. The light poured in which wasn’t much of an issue, the outside landscape was cold and uninvited so I did what I was supposed to do and focused on the interiors.
