The streets just aren’t as safe as they used to be. I think it’s a matter of upbringing, nurture vs. nature – that sort of thing.
I mean look at this shot, people, minding their own business – they can’t even skateboard without coming across a child so violent, so untamed, that it has to be kept on a leash.
